The Family and Consumer Science Department consist of three dedicated teachers. The Family and Consumer Science Department offers a variety of classes that addresses components that youth should be aware of while maintaining their family, school and social life. The top priority of importance in the Family and Consumer Science curriculum is to allow students the opportunity to learn many facets, skills, and crafts that can be carried over into their adult life.

Students who enroll in this program are given the opportunity to participate in some of the following courses: Life Planning, Fashion Design and Merchandising I & II, Catering I & II and Early Childhood Education I & II. Each program offers Coop as a part of the program which allows students to work in their area of interest. Coop is usually offered during the student's junior and senior year of the program.
