For two days all educators and administrations in Hopewell attended a professional development event led by High Tech High located in San Diego, California. Those two days were an introduction into project-based learning, a style of teaching which puts our students in charge of their learning. This change has started to take place here at Hopewell Schools.

here starting today the great things that I have been noticing and the diversity and project and the desire to go from oriented lesson 2 Project based instruction and I can tell that we're going to have us a great year at what will City Public Schools and throughout the division with all the great ideas that have been come in from the Odyssey training so excited about project-based learning and one thing that I would love watching today teachers who have never worked together getting together and using their different skills and creating these Amazing Project and they only had an hour to do it so think what we'll do when we all work together teachers of an asking things like I don't know how to do this skill what can I do in order to learn this and listen the same kind of questions that we should expect too much I'm looking forward to teachers making those kinds of Connections in the classrooms and coming up with parameters for projects that will facilitate those skills being learned by their students in a way that's OrganiCann everything that I've gotten to see has been the reflection piece how everyone has just been reflecting on how this can impact their classrooms and what a different this is going to mean for as they come in and start a brand new year  shrimp amazing experience to watch all the seeds that have been planted over these last couple of days and it's amazing thinking about the potential we got for these ideas and creativity that I see teachers just kind of gazing up into the Stars about and already thinking ahead how they can implement this in their classrooms it's it's pretty cool to be part of The Crow stop telling children to sit down and be quiet there were a lot more programs and that's as the system that we need to communicate a little bit better about from how much are Level 2 the high school level what is available you're talking about getting out of your comfort zone while I was out of it you know how I learned there's probably about getting try for the Nook because it's cool and we don't really see the part that you so much information and I'm going to change it sleeping here and share his experience and I feel really equipped with the knowledge and support to the evil and go and be the most effective teacher cacophony  rise of the game for me was that we're doing little things and talking about those ladders and success and each little step we take as doctor having said the small steps is just one step closer pursuit of 16 original Ash Wednesday thank you cuz I feel really given the time to go back and then have the kids we be able to reach each session with the masters, from 18 weeks you have to get everything done and cover it so I'm sure the service message the Masters you know we thank you for giving us that the most part of this whole week from the internet what you're doing with your commonalities and things are going better but end up worse but I was very important if I could be happening in the future how to make your body as well I definitely am going to pay you back on that I thought it was extremely bad be able to see people from different levels and just see everybody is different insides and you know just gave me a better idea of what you could be doing together and community of educators I'm at one of the things that I'm bringing back into going to take into his project learning and we have develop a new model for new food call Bob Marley and it's okay to think outside the box  Goku we are all part of this excellent and it makes me so happy to have been through deception development this year I've been here for almost 35 format 3050 year and this is the best affectional development app that's our school to do an excellent job street address  what is a mixed number  today I really learned Sidwell Play-Doh my mouth and I think today this much excitement trying to do it everybody could hit of mice all of that people are learning together laughing together how do we look better together and services for today was not doing your project was like a really understanding deeply
