Maintenance

• Repair and replace plumbing and heating fixtures, such as faucets, sinks, commodes, water heaters and dishwashers.

• Measure and cut holes in floors and walls to fit pipes, using hand, power and measuring tools; cut and thread metal, plastic or ceramic pipes using pipe cutters, cutting torch and threading machines; bend pipes to required angle using pipe bending machine and/or hand tools; assemble and install interior and exterior (below-ground) pipes, pipe fittings and valves; and caulk pipes and test for leakages.

• Conduct preventative maintenance.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on tools, equipment and vehicles.

• Maintain work records and prepare reports on problem or emergency situations.
