Maintenance

• Constructs, installs and repairs small building structures. Constructs and repair furniture
and furnishings.

• Performs skilled tasks involved in the installation, maintenance and repair of locks and
lock components including related carpentry tasks.

• Install and/or replace, glass, mirror, and plastic sheets in windows, display cases, and
other units. Constructs, reinforces and repairs frames, moldings, braces, etc

• Conduct preventative maintenance.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on tools, equipment and vehicles.

• Maintain work records and prepare reports on problem or emergency situations.
