W-2's are now available for employees and for former employees who were employed with HCPS during the 2019 calendar year. In order to access your W-2 please log in to the employee access center using your employee ID number and the last 4 digits of your social security number as the password unless you changed your password. If you do not remember your employee ID number please reach out to us and we can provide you with that information.
