The VDH is in the process of planning COVID vaccination clinics for students 12 years old and up. In hopes of launching this vaccination opportunity very soon, the VDH is requesting preliminary information from school divisions.
We have sent a survey link to families whose children qualify for these vaccine clinics. Please check your standard forms of communication from your child's school for this survey link.
If you did not receive the survey link, please check with your child's school to ensure your contact information is up-to-date and you are enrolled in any Remind messaging. If you have any questions regarding the vaccine, the clinic, etc. please visit the VDH's COVID website.
