Dear HCPS families:
We'd like to inform you of COVID vaccine clinics for students 12 years old and up happening at our schools.
Clinics will be held on Tuesday, 5/25/21 from 8:00-10:30 a.m. at HHS and 1:00-3:00 p.m. at CGW, and Wednesday, 5/26/21 from 8:00-10:30 a.m. at CGW and 1:00-3:00 p.m. at HHS.
Families will be able to register online. Please keep an eye out for communication from your child's school regarding sign-up links. If you are not receiving information from your child's school, please contact the office of your child's school to ensure your correct contact information is on file.
Spanish versions of this information will be available within the communication from your child's school. Please stay tuned for that information.
