Please come out to the Spring concert by the Hopewell High School Band and Choir on Tuesday, May 16th at 7:00 pm in the HHS Auditorium! This is the last concert of the school year this.

Hopewell’s first-ever "Paddle in Your Park" event at City Park with RVA Paddlesports, Beyond Boundaries, Boys to Men Mentoring, FOLAR and Hopewell Recreation Parks! Please share widely with the HCPS community! We want to invite HCPS' students and families to participate on Saturday, May 6th from 1-4pm at Hopewell City Park

It saddens us to share that our student that was hospitalized over the weekend succumbed to their injuries and passed away Wednesday evening.We grieve with our families and community about this life lost way too soon.



We will continue to have additional staff and grief support at schools.



There are no words that capture how devastated our Hopewell family is with this loss. We ask you to hold this family and our whole community in your hearts and prayers.

The K12 CREW Exhibition originally scheduled for April 26, 2023 will now be RESCHEDULED to Thursday May 4, 2023 from 5:30-7:30. Hopewell City Schools has revised the 2022-2023 instructional calendar to include May 26, 2023, as a holiday; extending the Memorial Holiday weekend. Enjoy your break!
