Volunteer with HCPS

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Hopewell City Public Schools.  HCPS encourages family members and community members to volunteer and we are grateful for the time and service dedicated to our students and schools.

If you are interested in volunteering with Hopewell City Public Schools, we have implemented a new process, so please review all relevant documents and information.

In an effort to help streamline the process for family and community members to request approval to volunteer in our schools, we have identified categories of volunteers/visitors.  See the document below titled HCPS Volunteer/Visitor Background Check Process.  This document will outline the category/level for which an interested person is requesting to volunteer, including the requirements to be considered for approval for each level.

Please be sure to read the document in its entirety before submitting any information to be sure you are following the requirements for the category you wish to volunteer.
