Health

Thank you for entrusting your children into our hands. We are not only committed to providing the best learning experience, we also want to make sure they are healthy. Your children's health is important to us, we want all of our children to be 'WELL.
Prior to starting school on July 26, 2021, the following are additional, new immunizations requirements for school entrance. The requirements are for students who are learning virtually and in person. If you have any questions, please contact your school nurse or doctor's office for clarification.

Rising K:
If your child is starting Kindergarten, two (2) properly spaced doses of the hepatitis A vaccine (HAV) are required. The first dose should be administered at age 12 months or older.

Rising 7th:
If your child is starting 7th grade for the 2021-22 school year, the first dose of the meningococcal vaccine and the TDap booster vaccine are required for your child to start school on July 26th. The HPV vaccine is recommended, but not required, to start school.  If you are unable to or choose not to have your child receive the HPV vaccine, they will still be allowed to enroll/register. No documentation is required if you choose this option.

Rising 12th:
If your child is starting the twelfth (12th) grade, one dose of the meningococcal vaccine (MenACWY) given at age 16 or older is required. If a rising 12th-grade student has already received a dose of the meningococcal vaccine (MenACWY) at age 11, the student is required to receive a second dose at age 16 or older.
