Annual Student Registration 2025-2026

ANNUAL STUDENT REGISTRATION BEGINS ON JULY 1 FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

Parents and guardians of students who plan to attend Hopewell City Public Schools in the 2025-2026 school year must complete a records review for Summer Registration. This review must be completed before the first day of school to confirm intent, ensure information on file is correct, and meet federal and state requirements.

Beginning July 1st, log into your Parent Portal account to complete the HCPS Student Registration Forms for the 2025-2026 School Year. Select Forms on the left navigation pane and follow instructions to complete each of the four required forms. To access or create your Parent Portal account visit our Parent Portal Information page.
