At this month’s School Board meeting, we honored Venessa Bond, recipient of the Distinguished Service Award in recognition of African American History Month. Ms. Bond dedicated 38 years to Hopewell City Public Schools, serving students from 1979–2017, including 35 years at Hopewell High School. An exceptional educator, department chair, mentor, and advocate, her impact continues to be felt across generations.Thank you so much for your service to HCPS.
