The Blue Devils Health Clinic will be offering $10 sports physicals for Hopewell High School and Carter G. Woodson athletes today, Monday, June 30, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM in the Hopewell High School gym. Physical forms are available in the Blue Devils Health Clinic and will also be provided on site.


The CVHS clinic will offer $10 sports physicals for HHS and CGW athletes on Monday, June 30 from 1:00 to 4:30 pm in the Hopewell High School gym.  Clinic registration forms and physical forms must be filled out ahead of time.
